LIMITED SPACE!

This is a 2-hour class on learning to steam distill plants! This will be fully hands-on and step-by-step. This is the process of making hydrosols and essential oils! You will also receive recipe booklet with informational cards! 

**You need to bring a pot with lid that has no hole on top and a bowl that will fit in the middle of this pot without taking up the whole space. There needs to be room for the herbs to fit outside of the bowl.***

What's Included:

*We will be distilling rosemary

*Mason Jar

*Ice

*Water for distilling process

*Burner

*Information card with distillation process and recipe card to take home

*Full instruction with step-by-step process

This will be located at Natural Selection Apothecary @ 104 A Sir Walter Raleigh St., Manteo, NC.

What are Hydrosols:

Hydrosols are the healing plant water that comes from the distillation process of plants. Hydrosols contain water soluble healing compounds & the beneficial aromatics of essential oils. They can be used internally, externally, in cooking, as a toner, in creams, as aromatherapy sprays, & so on.
